Shipping times may vary depending on the selected carrier, shipping method, destination, package contents, and external factors such as weather. Shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier and method you select at checkout.

Processing Times

Order processing may take longer during holidays, new product launches, restocks, or promotions. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please note that selecting expedited shipping affects only the delivery time, not the processing time.

Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed at the end of the week may not be processed until the following week, depending on order volume and stock availability. We appreciate your understanding.

Tracking & Delays

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk folders, especially if this is your first order with us.

Lost Orders

In the event that you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Once the package containing your order has been transferred from WeAreDragon to the carrier, we no longer have access to any additional information regarding the location of your package beyond what is provided to you through the tracking updates sent via email. For any further inquiries about your package’s delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
