I had placed an order for a few of my favorite juicy bars... unfortunately to no fault of WeAreDragon's, the order could not be fulfilled due to supply issues. I was overly impressed with customer service's quick response time to reach out to resolve the issue. I opted for a refund for my order, which they (without hesitation) gladly obliged. With any other business, that would be the end of the transaction.... but NOT with them! They reached out to offer a free sample of my choosing as an apology, which by all means was not necessary nor expected, but very refreshing. Let's just say they definitely gained another happy customer for future purchases! So place your orders without hesitation, because I have no doubt once so ever that you'll be happy with the outcome!
