The quality of these ppl and juices are always top notch. I ordered a few times received and enjoyed. My last order they accidentally sent me a menthol not even 5 mins it was corrected and new one sent. Ppl make mistakes it’s life but the difference is how you handle it and they handled it great. Will be a repeat customer!!
I originally started looking online because the vape brand I really like was no longer in my local store. I placed an order a couple days before Christmas, and even with the holidays, the owner reached out to let me know the vape I really wanted was no longer available because of the manufacturers. I had ordered a 5 pack, so I asked if there was at least one left in stock, and they updated me and communicated on what they had left! I was able to still get the vape brand I wanted in the 2nd flavor I like, as well as with my birthday being 3 days after Christmas, they were willing to do expedited shipping so I could get them as soon as possible! I’m super happy with the service I received, and I got what I wanted plus found a new cool vape I enjoy. Twice now I’ve come to the website but it’s had technical issues, however the owner is very good about texting back, EVEN ON THANKSGIVING!! Not only do I love the product, but the customer service here is insanely on point!
I continue to get great service with every order!! Most importantly, I’ve been extremely impressed with the speed of shipping. The last 5 or so orders have arrived at my doorstep within 3 maybe 4 days max! This most recent order was placed on Monday and it greeted me this afternoon just 3 days later. Granted, they are in Dallas and I’m in Houston, which helps the speed of shipping tremendously, but without their speed in processing immediately it couldn’t get here as quickly. This speed has made me feel comfortable and confident I can utilize what I’ve ordered and reorder when I’m about out without having to worry I’ll run out before my shipment arrives.
