When contacting us, please provide a photo of the packing slip, the product, and the box it arrived in, showing the shipping label. Once Dragon’s customer service team receives your inquiry, it will typically be processed within 5 business days.
If you purchased a Dragon product from a retail location or a third-party website, any return, refund, or credit requests must be handled directly by the place of purchase.
Dragon reserves the right to deny any refunds or credits for any reason. We also retain the right to refuse service or sales to any individual, business, or entity at our discretion.
